You have the right to return the products you bought, due to withdrawal or due to the fact that the product is defective, free of charge, within 15 days from the date you receive them. In this case, only the direct cost of returning the products is paid by you. In case a product is considered defective, its return will be charged to the store.
Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, in the same packaging as they were delivered to you, together with the retail receipt. In any other case returns will not be accepted.
