Transactions - Availability
Purchases from our online store are made exclusively in euro. The prices of the products listed in our online store include 24% VAT.
The prices of the products that have an indication of availability are bound at the time of the order in favor of the consumer. For products that are not available or Upon Order, no price commitment can be made.
All items available in our store are usually shipped within 2-4 business days from the day of their order. Otherwise a store representative will contact you.
How to Order
You can order products from our e-shop in the following ways:
A) By telephone on 24210 – 35631, you will be asked for information about the product you are interested in, as well as some personal information for the correct shipment of the products.
B) Through our online store. Based on the order details, our e-shop will contact you to confirm the order and to inform you about the shipping cost of the products and the delivery time.
Our e-shop is committed to complying with any relevant provisions regarding personal data. For any damage caused to the company by false information, the company can seek compensation based on the relevant provisions of the civil and criminal code.
The customer reserves the right to cancel the order until the start of the shipping process (up to 24 hours from the placement of the order). To cancel or change the order you can call us on 24210 – 35631 or via email at email@example.com.

Our e-shop allows you to pay for your order in the following ways:
A) Payment by credit / debit card via EUROBANK:
Payment by credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) is completely secure as it is made through the secure online system of EUROBANK. You enter and complete the process in the bank environment for absolute security provided by the bank itself protected with SSL security certifications.
B) By deposit in the bank account of the company
You can deposit money directly in our bank account, the reason for deposit must include your receipt and your name as well as the number of the respective order. We will then be informed about the deposit of the amount and we will send the product accordingly.

Shipping Methods and Expenses
You can pick up our products in the following ways:

B) Via Courier (GENERAL POST)
- Courier charge: € 4.00 / Order
A) For shipments to Thessaly delivery time is 1-2 working days.
B) For shipments to the rest of Greece delivery time is 2-4 working days.
Upon receipt of the products, please check the integrity of the products at the time you receive them and then sign the relevant receipt document. Your signature on the receipt form means that the product arrived at your place without damage.
In case of non-receipt of the product (and if a long time has passed since the placement of the order), please contact customer service at tel. 24210 – 35631 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. For your best and fastest service, we would recommend you to mention the special order code that has been sent to the email address you stated during your order.
You have the right to return the products you bought, due to withdrawal or due to the fact that the product is defective, free of charge, within 15 days from the date you receive them. In this case, only the direct cost of returning the products is paid by you. In case a product is considered defective, its return will be charged to the store.
Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, in the same packaging as they were delivered to you, together with the retail receipt. In any other case returns will not be accepted.

The company reserves the right to remove or change the characteristics of the products as well as the prices without notice. The photos of the products presented in our online store may not give their true characteristics, such as color and texture.

Placing an order in our e-shop, either by phone or through the order form, automatically means the acceptance of the above terms of transaction.
